The Leader Guide says, on page 6 That requires a careful eye in order to not miss the "Material quantities are defined for each team." And it's also confused by some items where "1" means "only 1" like with the projector for the Lab Manager, but in other places "1" mean "1 per group." Why not make this more apparent at a glance and include that each time you specify the items? Not only that, I'd suggest actually emphasizing that somehow, perhaps with judicious use of bold.
This should be consistently done all through every one of these documents.
Doing so would be easier to follow and reduce any confusion on amounts significantly, and shouldn't be a difficult or time consuming change to make to the documents.
